03. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

We require a 50% deposit upon project initiation, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before website launch.

Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers and major payment methods. All payments must be made in USD or LKR as agreed upon.

Late Payments

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

04. Project Timeline

Project Duration

Project timelines vary based on complexity and scope. We will provide a detailed timeline during the initial consultation.

Delays

While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to client feedback cycles, scope changes, or technical challenges. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Extensions

Project extensions may be requested but must be approved and may incur additional costs.

05. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients retain full ownership of all deliverables produced for their project. We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio.

Third-Party Assets

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any third-party content, images, or assets used in their website.

Our Rights

We retain ownership of our proprietary code, frameworks, and development tools used in the project.

06. Revisions and Changes

Included Revisions

Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Scope Changes

Significant changes to project scope may require additional time and cost. We will provide a revised quote for approval.

Client Feedback

We require timely feedback to maintain project schedules. Delays in feedback may affect project timelines.

07. Warranty and Support

Warranty Period

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project completion for bug fixes and minor adjustments.

Ongoing Support

We offer ongoing maintenance and support packages at additional cost.

Limitations

Our warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party services, hosting problems, or client modifications.

08. Limitation of Liability

  • Xplora Labs’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or traffic increases from our services.

09. Termination

Client Termination

Clients may terminate a project with written notice. Payment is due for work completed up to the termination date.

Our Termination

We may terminate services for non-payment, unreasonable demands, or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or in the courts of Sri Lanka.
