Overview
First International Manpower is a Sri Lanka-based recruitment agency specializing in placing skilled workers in international markets across the Middle East and beyond. They connect employers with qualified candidates and handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
As a growing agency, they needed a professional digital presence that conveyed trust and reliability to both job seekers and corporate clients.
Problem
The agency had no dedicated website, making it difficult for potential clients and job seekers to find and verify their services. Most inquiries came through referrals, limiting their growth and reach.
Without a structured platform, managing job listings, candidate inquiries, and employer contacts was entirely manual — creating inefficiencies and making it hard to scale operations.
Solution
We developed a clean, professional corporate website that clearly communicates their services to both employers and job seekers. The site features dedicated sections for job listings, service offerings, and a contact inquiry system.
