Overview
Tree is a Sri Lankan online plant store offering a wide variety of indoor and outdoor plants, planters, and gardening accessories. They are passionate about bringing nature into homes and offices across the island.
As the demand for indoor plants grew rapidly, Tree needed a dedicated online store to handle the volume of orders and give customers a reliable place to shop.
Problem
Tree was managing all sales through social media with manual order processing, which became increasingly difficult to scale as their customer base grew. There was no system for tracking inventory or automating the order flow.
Customers had no easy way to browse the full range of available plants, check care instructions, or place orders without directly messaging the business — creating friction and slowing sales.
Solution
We built a fresh, nature-inspired e-commerce website with a clean green aesthetic that reflects the brand identity. The product catalog is organized by plant type, size, and care level, making it easy for customers to find the right plant for their space.
The platform includes product care guides, an intuitive cart and checkout experience, and an order management system that significantly reduced the manual workload for the Tree team.
